Your Ans is
Right ans is D
Your Answer Is Correct
Your Answer Is Wrong
Explanation :
- Maximum theoretical efficiency of solar cells is around 30-33% (as per Shockley-Quiesser Limit). Traditional solar cells have an efficiency of 18-20%, but perovskite layer solar cells have efficiency of around 25-27%.
What is Perovskite?
- It is a mineral composed of Calcium Titanate (CaTio3), but Perovskite coated solar cells need materials that can withstand ultra high temperature, but recent development of Inkjet technology has eliminated the need of ultra-high temperature which has lowered the overall production cost.
