Suggestions to make the Program More Effective

Proper information dissemination about the scheme must be ensured as the low administrative awareness in the community could be an impediment in success of the scheme, the trickiest aspect of the implementation will be to ensure that those who opt for the scheme don’t drop out mid-way either because of economic reasons or because they don’t find it useful, etc. if ensured would make the scheme standout.
