Learn and Earn (Seekho Aur Kamao)

It was launched in 2013 which aims at upgrading the skills of minority youth in various modern/traditional skills depending upon their qualification, present economic trends and market potential, which can earn them suitable employment or make them suitably skilled to go for self-employment.

• The scheme is being implemented through selected expert Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) and ensures placements of minimum 75% trainees, out of which at least 50% placement is in organized sector.
• Despite the challenges faced due to the global pandemic and the consequent lockdown, the project division has been able to train 40253 beneficiaries till 31st December 2020.
