Reserve Bank Innovation Hub (RBIH)

Recently, governor of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has inaugurated the Reserve Bank Innovation Hub (RBIH) in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

• It aims to foster and develop financial innovation in a long-term way through an institutional set-up.
• It has been set up as a company under Section 8 of Companies Act, 2013, with an initial capital contribution of Rs. 100 crore.
