About NITI Aayog’s SDG Index
- The NITI Aayog’s SDG index evaluates the progress of States and Union Territories on various parameters including health, education, gender, economic growth, institutions, climate change and environment.
- The SDG India Index 2020–21, developed in collaboration with the United Nations in India, tracks progress of all States and UTs on 115 indicators that are aligned to Ministry of Statistics and Program Implementation’s National Indicator Framework (NIF).
