New Species of Green Pit Viper Discovered in Arunachal Pradesh
A newly discovered bright green pit viper discovered in the forests of Arunachal Pradesh has been named after Salazar Slytherin, one of the founding fathers of Hogwarts school from the wizarding world of Harry Potter. The name of the snake is Trimeresurus Salazar, meaning Salazar's pit viper.
