China’s continued grip on rare earth element (REE) exports has disrupted global supply chains, hitting industries across the U.S., Japan, Germany and India. As China tightens its control, India is being viewed as a promising alternative. With global stakeholders calling China’s actions a “wake-up call,” India now has a pivotal opportunity.
