Nationwide Integration of Anganwadi Centres with Poshan Tracker

On 3rd April 2025, the Ministry of Women and Child Development (MoWCD) announced that all Anganwadi Centres across India are now integrated with the Poshan Tracker app.

  • This major step enhances transparency and efficiency in nutrition service delivery, benefiting over 10 crore registered children, pregnant women, and lactating mothers.

Key Highlights of the Initiative

  • Complete Digital Integration: All Anganwadi Centres are now registered on the Poshan Tracker, enabling real-time attendance tracking, growth monitoring, and automated reporting.
  • Beneficiary Outreach: As of 28th February 2025, the platform has onboarded 10.12 crore beneficiaries, with Karnataka achieving 99.61% Aadhaar verification.
