The Indian Government on February 11, 2021 have categorically warned the Social Media platforms, like Twitter and Facebook, to not misuse these platforms to spread fake news and violence.
Social media platforms need to comply with the constitution of India as the freedom of speech and expression under Article 19 is subject to reasonable restrictions.
