India and the Netherlands Review STI Cooperation
On 20th August, 2021, India and the Netherlands reviewed bilateral cooperation in the field of Science and Technology and Innovation (STI).
Key Highlights
- The trinity of Water, Agriculture and Health (WAH) as the bedrock of close mutual collaboration between the two countries was emphasized by India.
- Ocean Resources and Green Hydrogen: India welcomed Netherlands’ proposal to work together in the areas of ocean resources and Green Hydrogen. In this context, India informed Netherlands about the National Hydrogen Mission and the Deep Ocean Mission which aims to explore deep ocean and develop deep-sea technologies for sustainable use of ocean resources.
