India-Poland Agreement for Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters
On 14th February, 2024, India entered into an agreement with Poland to facilitate legal proceedings in criminal matters, enabling the issuance of summons, search warrants, and the examination of witnesses residing in either country.
