Kapilvastu Relics of Buddha
On 22nd February, 2024, four holy Piparahwa relics of Lord Buddha and his two Disciples Arahata Sariputra and Arahata Maudgalyayana reached Bangkok, Thailand, for a 26-day exposition.
- The event is being organized with the support of Ministry of External Affairs, Indian Embassy in Thailand, International Buddhist Confederation, National Museum, and Government of Madhya Pradesh.
About the Relics
- The relics of Lord Buddha and his disciples Arahata Sariputra and Arahata Maudgalyayana are known as the ‘Kapilvastu Relics.’
