India Wins SAFF U-19 Women’s Championship 2026
On 7th February 2026, India defeated Bangladesh 4–0 in the final of the SAFF U-19 Women’s Championship at Pokhara Rangasala Stadium, Nepal.
- India delivered a dominant performance to clinch the title in emphatic fashion.
- Captain Julan Nongmaithem opened the scoring, followed by goals from Elizabeth Lakra, Pearl Fernandes and substitute Anwita Raghuraman.
- India controlled possession, pressed aggressively and prevented Bangladesh from mounting a comeback.
