Significance
- Historical Significance: Indian freedom movement influenced Indian diaspora to promote India’s cause in foreign land. Ghadar party is a prime example of this. Plus, Mahatma Gandhi’s too was an Indian who was residing and presiding in foreign country before taking the baton of Indian freedom struggle.
