- On 30th May 2026, Union Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions launched the AI-enabled CPGRAMS Voice Chatbot SAMADHAN DIDI in New Delhi.
- SAMADHAN DIDI enables citizens to register public grievances through an interactive voice-based conversational interface.
