  • The Bengaluru-based National Centre for Disease Informatics and Research (NCDIR) is engaged in planning, directing, developing, coordinating and evaluating the national program of cancer surveillance.
  • NCDIR is an autonomous institute under the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), which aims to maintain and develop a national research database on cancer and other non-communicable diseases.
