BBIN Motor Vehicles Agreement

In a meeting held recently, India, Bangladesh and Nepal finalised a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for implementing the long-pending Bangladesh-Bhutan-India-Nepal (BBIN) Motor Vehicles Agreement (MVA).

  • Bhutan participated in the meeting as an observer and has decided to stay out of the BBIN MVA.
