BBIN Motor Vehicles Agreement
In a meeting held recently, India, Bangladesh and Nepal finalised a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for implementing the long-pending Bangladesh-Bhutan-India-Nepal (BBIN) Motor Vehicles Agreement (MVA).
- Bhutan participated in the meeting as an observer and has decided to stay out of the BBIN MVA.

- Aim: To provide seamless people-to-people contact and enhance economic interaction by facilitating cross border movement of people and goods.
