Biodiversity Beyond National Jurisdiction (BBNJ) Treaty
BBNJ is a convention under the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) that focuses on the preservation and sustainable use of marine biological diversity in places outside of national jurisdiction.
