Government Notifies Startup India Fund of Funds 2.0
On 13th April 2026, the Union Government notified the Startup India Fund of Funds 2.0 (Startup India FoF 2.0) with a corpus of Rs.10,000 crore to boost capital flow into the country’s startup ecosystem.
What is Startup India FoF 2.0?
- Startup India FoF 2.0 builds on the strong performance of the earlier Fund of Funds for Startups (FFS 1.0).
- FFS, launched in 2016 under the Startup India Action Plan, was introduced to address funding gaps in the startup ecosystem.
Objective
- To catalyse domestic capital and support startups across key sectors, particularly those where private funding is limited.
