Steps towards Decarbonisation
- National Green Hydrogen Mission: The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) launched the National Green Hydrogen Mission, with pilot projects for using hydrogen to produce Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) and reduce coal/coke consumption in steel production.
