- Record Inflation Low: India achieved a series-record low average headline inflation of 1.7% (Apr-Dec ‘25), driven by food and fuel (52.7% of CPI basket).
- EMDE Comparison: India saw a 1.8 percentage point decline in headline inflation in 2025 over 2024, one of the sharpest among major EMDEs.
- Horticulture Growth: Horticulture (33% of ag GVA) surpassed food grains in 2024-25, producing 362.08 MT compared to 357.73 MT of food grains.
- Market Modernization: e-NAM has onboarded 1.79 crore farmers, 2.72 crore traders, and 4,698 FPOs across 1,522 mandis in 23 States and 4 UTs (as of Dec 31, 2025).
