Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations
On 19th March, 2023, a group of pro-Khalistan protestors took down the Indian flag at the High Commission in London. Lodging a strong protest soon after the incident, the Government of India invoked the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations and reminded the United Kingdom of its basic obligations under the Convention.

- About: The Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations was adopted on 14th April, 1961, by the United Nations Conference on Diplomatic Intercourse and Immunities held in Vienna, Austria.
