Mission Karmayogi: Reforming Civil Services Training
Mission Karmayogi, officially known as the National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB), is a transformative initiative by the Government of India. Launched in September 2020, its central objective is to transition the Indian civil service from a traditional "rules-based" to a modern "roles-based" and "competency-based" human resource management system. It aims to empower civil servants with the right skills, knowledge, and attitude to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing and citizen-centric governance environment.
