India Crosses 300 GW Non-Fossil Fuel Power Capacity

As per the Ministry of Renewable Energy, India crossed 300 GW of non-fossil fuel-based installed electricity generation capacity (as of 31st July 2026).

  • The achievement represents over 60% of India’s target of 500 GW non-fossil fuel capacities by 2030.
