Centre Launches New Digital Health Initiatives
Recently, the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare launched a series of digital health initiatives aimed at strengthening India's Digital Public Infrastructure for Health and accelerating the adoption of interoperable digital health solutions across the country.
Citizen Applications and Portals
- Aarogya Setu 2.0: Revamped personal health record app for ABHA creation, consent-based record sharing, AI health insights, and emergency services.
- Ayushman App: Manages PM-JAY beneficiary profiles, wallet balances, and Ayushman card creation.
- Ayushman Sarathi Chatbot: Conversational WhatsApp interface for PM-JAY support and scheme information.
- e-Sushrut Clinic: Simplified digital hospital and clinic management tool for ecosystem integration.
