The 2nd edition of the bilateral maritime exercise code named IN-VPN BILAT EX (Indian Navy-Vietnam Peoples’ Navy Bilateral Exercise) was held from April 13th - 16th 2019, at Cam Ranh Bay in Vietnam.
This exercise was done to elevate ‘Comprehensive Strategic Partnership’ between the Indian and the Vietnam Peoples’ Navies.
