Dr. Rattan Singh Jaggi

  • He was an eminent scholar of Punjabi and Hindi Literature with Gurmat & Bhakti movement literature being his forte.
  • Dr. Jaggi compiled "Guru Granth Vishavkosh" (Encyclopedia) in 2002 and Encyclopedia of Sikhism in 2005 and also a five-volume sub-commentary of Sri Guru Granth Sahib titled "Arthbodh Sri Guru Granth Sahib" in 2007.
  • In 2013 he prepared comprehensive commentary of Sri Guru Granth Sahib namely "Bhav Prabodhini Teeka-Sri Guru Granth Sahib".
