You are the Municipal Commissioner of a district that faces severe waterlogging and floods every monsoon. To solve this, the state government has approved a multi-crore 'Mega Storm-Water Drainage Project'. The project is in its final stage, but an old illegal construction is obstructing the alignment of the main drain and must be demolished.
