Digital Safety for Children: Rights, Risks, and Regulatory Gaps

Recently, the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) issued a notice to the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) following a complaint alleging violations of the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.
