UNESCO’s Creative Cities Network

UNESCO New Delhi hosted a Webinar Series to underscore and promote the objectives of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network (UCCN) through an exchange of international best practices.

  • Established in 2004, the UCCN consists of 246 member cities across seven themes: Crafts and Folk Art, Design, Film, Gastronomy, Literature, Media Arts, and Music.
  • Mumbai/India (Films), Geelong/Australia (Design), Obidos/Portugal (Literature), Enghien-les-Bains/France (Media Arts), Jaipur/India (Crafts and Folk Art), Bologna/Italy (Music), and Zahle/Lebanon (Gastronomy) participated in the programme.
