Recently, the Union Minister of Education and Skill Development & Entrepreneurship inaugurated the Rashtriya Udyamita Vikas Pariyojana (RUVP) under the Skill India Mission.
About RUVP
- The RUVP is a National Entrepreneurship Development Project that aims to reskill and upskill employees to improve their competitiveness and adaptability with a focus on today's technology.
- It is designed to provide comprehensive entrepreneurship training, specifically targeting beneficiaries of the PM SVANidhi scheme to help street vendors and small shopkeepers become more skilled and empowered.
