BHAVYA Rasayan Scheme (Bharat Audyogik Vikas Yojana Rasayan)
On 24th July 2026, the Union Cabinet approved the BHAVYA Rasayan Scheme for establishing three dedicated Chemical Parks across India.
- The scheme was announced in the Union Budget 2026-27.
About the Scheme
- Ministry: Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers.
- Type: Central Sector Scheme.
- Implementation Period: FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31 (5 years).
- Objective: To develop an integrated, environmentally sustainable, and globally competitive chemical manufacturing ecosystem by creating world-class industrial infrastructure, promoting investment, reducing logistics costs, encouraging import substitution, and integrating India into Global Value Chains (GVCs).
