Political Leaders Must Foster Fraternity: SC

On 17th February 2026, while hearing a plea filed in the wake of alleged hate speeches by Assam Chief Minister, the Supreme Court orally observed that political leaders and holders of high public office must foster fraternity and adhere to constitutional morality.
