State of the Ocean Report, 2024
On 3rd June, 2024, the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission of UNESCO launched the State of the Ocean Report 2024 (StOR) in Iceland.
About the StOR
- Framed around the seven Outcomes of UN Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development (2021-2030), the Report covers physical, chemical and biological parameters describing the state of the ocean, summarizes threats posed to the ocean, and illustrates access to observation infrastructure, data and information.
