- Effective Tool: Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) are considered the most effective tool for change to ensure permanent peace and development in LWE-affected areas.
- Foundation: The foundation of tribal residential schools was laid in 1999 under Article 275 (1) of the Constitution; these were restructured into high-quality EMRS in 2018.
- Objective: The objective of EMRS is to provide modern education (smart classrooms, space, and science labs) to tribal youth in a safe residential environment, thereby protecting them from Naxalite ideological deviation and recruitment.
