Naxal-Free India: A Historic Achievement
- Resolution Fulfilled: The Government of India has successfully completed its resolution to make the country completely free of Left-Wing Extremism by March 31, 2026.
- Reduction in Districts: In 2014, there were 126 Naxal-affected districts; this number has reduced to just 2 at present. Furthermore, the 35 'most affected districts' have now become zero.
- Operation Black Forest: Under the 21-day 'Operation Black Forest' conducted on the Telangana-Chhattisgarh border, the largest permanent camp of Maoists was completely neutralized.
- Ending Extortion: The illegal extortion of Rs.240 crore annually collected by LWE groups as 'Janatana Tax' has been ended by security forces.
