- Bridging Digital Divide: The 'Digital Bharat Nidhi' (DBN) (formerly USOF) has been established to bridge the digital divide and establish good governance in LWE-affected areas.
- Coverage: Under DBN, mobile coverage is being expanded in remote areas through the indigenous 4G stack and the '4G Saturation Project', empowering an 'Atmanirbhar Bharat' (Self-Reliant India).
- Tower Linking: To ensure environmental protection in LWE-affected areas, telecom towers are being linked to renewable (solar) energy, and compliance with FCA/FRA regulations is being maintained.
- Monitoring: Real-time monitoring and transparency of ongoing telecom projects in LWE areas are ensured through dashboards like the PMIS ....
