Constitutional Morality

Recently, Justice Govind Mathur, former Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court, said that constitutional morality is supreme and urged people to combat social evils through it. He delivered a talk on the topic ‘Balancing Constitutional and Social Morality in Indian Context' as part of the BV Kakkilaya Inspired Oration 2025.
