Digital Monitoring of Rural Water and Sanitation Sector
On 6th October 2025, the Ministry of Jal Shakti, signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with the Bhaskaracharya National Institute for Space Applications and Geo-informatics (BISAG-N), under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY).
- The agreement marks a pivotal step in developing a GIS-integrated Decision Support System (DSS) for the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) and Swachh Bharat Mission (Grameen) [SBM(G)].
