Indian Forest & Wood Certification Scheme
Recently, in a move towards fostering sustainable practices, the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change has introduced the Indian Forest & Wood Certification Scheme (IFWCS), a national initiative aimed at promoting responsible forest management and agroforestry.
