India’s solid waste management strategy has shifted from a linear collect-and-dump model to a circular economy framework. The focus is now on "Lakshya Zero Dumpsite" and "Wealth from Waste", enforced by the statutory Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regime that makes polluters pay for the end-of-life disposal of packaging and electronics.

  • Farmers: Beneficiaries of Fermented Organic Manure (FOM) from Gobardhan plants.
