- Kshetrimayum Ongbi Thouranisabi Devi was an Indian classical dancer and author, who specialised in the Indian classical dance form of Manipuri.
- She penned and published two volumes of the book Diva Ras in 1993, and wrote 'Ras Makhal Amashung Nungi Mashak'—a book based on Manipuri Jagoi (dance)."
