‘School RUAAR 2026 - Back to School’ Campaign
- On 9th April 2026, the Jharkhand government launched “School RUAAR 2026”, a state-wide campaign to bring drop-out children back to school.
- It is a 21-day intensive initiative led by the School Education and Literacy Department to ensure universal enrolment of children.
- The campaign mandates maintaining at least 70% student attendance along with regular data updates.
- Stakeholders are conducting door-to-door outreach and awareness drives to encourage parents to re-enrol their children.
- District Education Officers and District Education Superintendents have been assigned responsibility for implementation and monitoring.
