- It aims to develop, install and implement automated decision-making and decision-support systems in all courts in India.
- The e-Courts project entails ensuring of digital interconnectivity between all courts from the taluk level to the apex court through use of cloud.
- Automation of workflow management in all courts, electronic movement of records between courts, use of video conferencing and connecting all courts in the country to the National Judicial Data Grid (NJDG).
