‘Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar’ Abhiyaan

On 17th September 2025, Prime Minister launched the ‘Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar’ (SNSP) Abhiyaan along with the 8th Rashtriya Poshan Maah, in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh.

What is SNSP?

  • Organised in convergence with Poshan Maah, the campaign highlights the crucial role of women’s health in building stronger families and a healthier nation.

Aim

  • Improve health outcomes for women, adolescent girls, and children.
  • Provide screening for communicable and non-communicable diseases.
  • Conduct health counselling and awareness sessions on nutrition and hygiene.
  • Strengthen immunization and child health coverage.
  • Ensure access to comprehensive health services nationwide.
