Bharat Taxi Cooperative Mobility Platform
- On 27th June 2026, the Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Amit Shah launched ‘Bharat Taxi’, the country’s first cooperative-based mobility platform in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
- Bharat Taxi is a cooperative-based ride-hailing platform that aims to empower drivers by making them shareholders (Sarathis) instead of service providers.
