India Appointed First Vice-Chair of UN FAO Fisheries Committee

Recently, India assumed the role of the first vice-chair of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Committee on Fisheries’ (COFI) Sub-Committee on Fisheries Management, amid global concerns over China's fishing practices.
