India-US Semiconductor Fabrication Agreement
During Indian Prime Minister’s recent visit to the United States (21-23 September, 2024), India and the US entered into a groundbreaking agreement to establish a semiconductor fabrication plant that will produce advanced chips for critical sectors, including national security, telecommunications, and green energy.
