26th NeSDA Report
On 21st July 2025, the Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances (DARPG) released the 26th edition of the National e-Governance Service Delivery Assessment (NeSDA) report for June 2025.
- 22,478 e-services are operational nationwide; Local Governance & Utility Services lead with 7,800 services.
- 1,416 new e-services were added in June 2025.
- Of 2,124 mandatory e-services, 1,677 (79%) are live across States/UTs.
- 100% saturation achieved by 9 States including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu.
- Tripura’s SWAAGAT Portal: Offers 54 seamless e-services with real-time tracking, online verification, and transparent approval.
