WWF Report on Snow Leopard

On 17th May, 2021, the World Wildlife Fund for Nature (WWF) released a report titled ‘Over 100 Years of Snow Leopard Research: A Spatially Explicit Review of the State of Knowledge in the Snow Leopard Range’. It highlights some critical gaps in our knowledge of the threatened big cat and reveals that lack of basic data could be hampering conservation efforts.
